This is the semi-finals round of Electrolux' Wok-a-holic level up cook off challenge. It was held at Cash n Carry, Makati City.

Our contest dish is Bell pepper, chili & Hoisin Chicken stir-fry. The dish did not quite satisfy the taste buds of the judges (one of them is Chef Bruce Lim of Asian Food Channel/AFC).

Then on June 30, 2012 Saturday at Waltermart, North Edsa also, there will be a Cooking Demo by Chef Bruce Lim. Again prizes await you!
